At FXW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the pre-paid shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
